Newry Sports Centre joined us in The Quays on the afternoon of Saturday 18th April to raise awareness of health issues and to showcase some of the activities on offer at the Sports Centre.  BMI and Gait checks were offered to customers so that they can keep track of their own health.  Healthy eating and exercise advisors were also on hand to advise customers.  Instructors added music and fun to the session with demonstrations of Cardio Kickboxing and Zumba Fitness and all of our customers got into the mood for fitness and fun!
