The Eotas Learning Centre does a great deal of fundraising for The Newry Hospice and they work in conjunction with The Princes Trust which helps young people between 14 and 16 years old by helping them to reconnect with education and get their lives back on track.
Eotas launched their new jokebook at The Quays with proceeds going to Newry Hospice and entertainment was laid on for customers with lots of different dance acts including a Michael Jackson tribute dance and break dancing. Jugglers and clowns were keeping customers entertained while raising money for a very worthwhile cause.
Sherryl Kerr, Marketing & Events Manager at The Quays stated: "Customers at The Quays really seemed to enjoy the music and dance acts put on by the students and the Eotas group were grateful for their generosity. To date the iniative has raised over £1000 for The Southern Area Hospices - well done to all those invloved in the project."
