Established in 1996 by Dr. W.G. O’Hare, owner of the Quays Shopping and Leisure Complex and former Managing Director of construction company – The Carnbane House Group.
Parker Green is an internationally acclaimed development company with links to Harvard and the University of Ulster through The O’Hare Chair in Property Development and Design.
Among a number of prestigious commercial developments in the UK and Ireland are: The Quays Complex in Newry; Fairgreen Shopping Centre in Carlow; the House of Fraser Department Store in Darlington, England; Merrion Street townhouses in Dublin and the development of an innovative 22-acre mixed-use 'Lifestyle village' in Waterford.
Overseas in Central and Eastern Europe, the company is focusing on both residential and commercial opportunities throughout Slovakia, Czech Republic, Poland, Croatia, Hungary and Bulgaria.
Parker Green have recently relocated their US office to Park Avenue, New York where investment and development opportunities along the east coast of America and further afield are also being pursued.
