Teleperformance, is in an exciting partnership with Vodafone Ireland and have a fantastic opportunity for a driven and experienced Customer Service Specialist. Total Managed Mobility (TMM) is an exciting Corporate Team with responsibility for the Health Service Executive (HSE) in Ireland customers via the telephone, chat or email to help them successfully navigate challenges and issues with their account. The HSE account is very large - currently 39,000+ Subscribers and continuing to expand. Users include Engineers, Managers, Care Workers, Nurses, Doctors, Consultants, Civil Servants and Politicians. The aim of Managed Mobility is to provide high level Tech Support for the transition of all HSE Users to Samsung Galaxy XCover 4S and Xcover 5 Handsets. Everyone except VIPs will receive this phone with pre-loaded Security Software to protect any sensitive information (including emails) which the User has on the phone. Job Overview

? Salary: £18,525 (£9.50ph)

? Location: NEWRY - On site training. Work from home once training's completed.

? Site: Newry, The Quays, Co Down

? Shifts: Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm, full time 37.5 hours per week

? Training Duration: 3 weeks training on site, full attendance required
